For the seasons that change us
Where healing takes root.
Healing begins with being known.
Life has a way of changing us.
Sometimes slowly.
Sometimes all at once.
Whether you're carrying anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship struggles, or simply feel like you've lost yourself somewhere along the way, you don't have to navigate it alone.
At Aspen Counseling Co., I believe healing doesn't happen by pretending everything is okay. It begins in a place where you can slow down, be fully known, and honestly explore what brought you here.
My hope is to help you find steady ground again.. one conversation at a time.

Life has a way of changing us.
Sometimes those changes come through grief, anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, or seasons we never expected.
My approach is rooted in evidence-based counseling and genuine relationships. I believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to be honest, curious enough to grow, and supported enough enough to keep taking the next step.
Whether this is your first experience with counseling or you're returning after after time away, you don't have to have everything figured out before you walk through the door.
It would be an honor to walk beside you.
The Aspen Tree
The aspen tree is known for something remarkable.
While each tree appears to stand alone, beneath the surface it is connected to an extensive root system shared with the entire grove. Even after fire, drought, or harsh winters, those roots remain alive, bringing new growth in seasons that seem impossible.
Healing often looks the same.
There are seasons when life feels uncertain. overwhelming, or marked by loss. In those moments, strength isn't found in pretending to know all the answers. It's found in connection, support, and the courage to begin again.
Aspen Counseling Co. was named with that hope in mind. No matter what season you're facing, healing can take root, and new growth is possible.
